Our eighth annual IPC “Davies Moffat Team” Community Curl bonspiel was held on November 19th and it was another successful year!
Our team was joined by 5 other teams who enjoyed a day of fun and curling to help support Community Living Brant’s Literacy Program.
Each curler worked hard to collect pledges from generous supporters such as you.
We would also like to extend a very big thank you to Hoyes Michalos & Associates Inc. who have been a major supporter of our curling bonspiel since it began.
This year all of the teams and event volunteers deserve a huge round of applause for helping raise over $8,400.00!!
In eight short years, the event has raised more than $79,000.00 for Community Living Brant.
For the previous 4 years our bonspiel supported Big Brothers Big Sisters of Brant and raised $53,000.00
We began our annual curling bonspiel in 2005 as our way of giving back to our local community.
This year’s bonspiel has brought our 12 year total to $132,000.00 Wow, are we ever pleased!
